Ninth tee

As we all know,  the new  ninth hole is a great improvement. It does however need a bit of maturity and class. The heather is not in yet, but we have just placed it there and so we can move it around till it looks right. We will hopefully do all of the bottom banks and then have a look at what is needed at the top side. This will tie in with the 8th hole and the rest of the golf course

Hopefully the work on the 9th will see it play and look much better this year. I love the acid heathland look at BLGC. The club is not like the the Sunningdales and Swinleys of this world with a mass of heathland on the side of each fairway, but with our own pines, long grass and heathland sitting alongside a more American feel, I think it looks great in the right places.

Definitely think it could work on the bombhole on 18.

  1. George is a good looking guy and is pretty well-built, for a forty year old. He has always worked out and considers himself fit. But, because George always wants to be the best, he thought he would ramp up his fitness regimen a little in order to beat a few of his golf buddies.
